Are you looking to complete The Tabantha Sky Crystal in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? The Tabantha Sky Crystal Shrine Quest will have you transporting a mysterious crystal to a Zonai terminal to unlock Ganos Shrine, located in the Tabantha Sky Archipelago in western Hyrule. Retrieving this crystal will require you to be quick and crafty to defeat a Flux Construct III, one of the tougher enemies in the game. Thankfully, the fight’s not too hard once you get the hang of things.
How To Start The Tabantha Sky Crystal Shrine Quest
Tears of the Kingdom‘s Ganos Shrine can be found in the Tabantha Sky Archipelago, slightly southwest of Courage Island. Specifically, it is located on an island that looks like a long cross, so it’s not hard to spot on your map. You can get to the shrine using the Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower or the Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. Both towers are equally far from the shrine, so be sure to pack stamina-replenishing food or elixirs if needed.
You can also get to Ganos Shrine by landing on the Flux Construct arena just below it and using a Zonai flying device to get up to the shrine. You’ll know when you’re close when you enter a low-gravity field marked by blue sparkles. Once you reach Ganos Shrine, activate the Zonai terminal to begin The Tabantha Sky Crystal Shrine Quest.
How To Complete Ganos Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom
After you’ve activated the shrine quest, you’ll be able to see a green beam of light connecting the shrine to the crystal. In this case, it’s pointing downwards and a little bit north — that is, directly at the Flux Construct below. If you follow the light and get closer to the Construct, you’ll notice that it has the crystal sitting on its shoulder.
You’ll have to recover the crystal from the Flux Construct III to return it to Ganos Shrine. It’s not strictly necessary for you to defeat the Construct here since the crystal will fall as soon as you pull the Construct apart for the first time.
Flux Constructs, which have three varieties in Tears of the Kingdom, definitely seem like intimidating enemies at first. The Flux Construct III is massive, but thankfully it’s got a weak spot in the form of a glowing cube that moves around its body.
You can use Ultrahand to pull the cube away from the Construct, making its body collapse for a few moments while you hit the glowing cube as much and as fast as you can. The Construct will move through a few different shapes, but it’s never hard to find the glowing cube.

After the Flux Construct III is defeated, grab the Tabantha Sky Crystal and make your way to the square area connected to the arena. There, you’ll find a Zonai flying device and several spare parts. Use Ultrahand to attach all the batteries to the flying platform, then load the crystal onto the device. Make sure you connect it to something so it doesn’t fall off, then board the flying contraption.
Using the flying machine, you’ll need to rise up to Ganos Shrine. Position your floating vehicle directly above the shrine and hold it level before you cut the power; you should get a fairly soft landing because of the low-gravity field. After you’ve landed, remove the crystal from the device and carry it to the shrine to complete The Tabantha Sky Crystal in Tears of the Kingdom.
