The graceful dancer under the Zubayr Theater, Nilou is a recent playable character in Genshin Impact. Like with other characters in the game, you can enjoy cooking with her. However, you can also create a special dish with her that’s based on another in-game meal. We’ll tell you what you need to make Nilou’s special dish dubbed “Swirling Steps” in Genshin Impact.
Nilou’s Special Dish Recipe in Genshin Impact
It’s always fun to whip up a new meal in Genshin Impact. If you’re playing as Nilou, however, there is a chance that you can make something completely different if you aim to make a specific dish. The meal in question is called Padisarah Pudding, the beautiful, purple-colored dish.
There’s a high chance that Nilou won’t cook that, though. Instead, Nilou might cook her special dish in Genshin Impact called Swirling Steps.
Thankfully, if you do want Swirling Steps, the recipe isn’t different than Padisarah Pudding. So, to unlock the special dish, simply buy the recipe for Padisarah Pudding from Puspa Café. It sells there for 5,000 Mora.
When you have that recipe, play as Nilou in Genshin Impact and get to cooking the dish. You’ll need the following ingredients:
- x2 Padisarah
- x1 Sumeru Rose
- x1 Milk
- x1 Sugar
It isn’t guaranteed that Nilou will always create Swirling Steps, but you have a chance of getting it whether you cook in Auto mode or Manual mode.
When you consume Nilou’s special dish in Genshin Impact, it will decrease the climbing and sprinting stamina of all party members by 25 percent for 1,500 seconds.
Gathering Ingredients for Nilou’s Special Dish in Genshin Impact
Padisarah grows in several areas, such as Sumeru City, Pardis Dhyai, near Vanarana and Vissudha Field, and The Palace of Alcazarzaray.
If you don’t want to search, you can always head to the Grand Bazaar in Sumeru City and buy it from Jut for 1,000 Mora.
For Sumeru Rose, stick to searching the forest regions in Sumeru for it.
Also, to make Nilou’s special dish in Genshin Impact, you can buy Milk from several shops:
- Aoi (100 Mora)
- Blanche (100 Mora)
- Dongsheng (100 Mora)
- Hamawi (100 Mora)
- Kiyoko (60 Mora)
Lastly, Sugar is bought from 7 shops in the game:
