• You’ll need to complete the first season’s storyline and defeat Varshan. Moreover, completing the first Capstone Dungeon is required to reach World Tier Three.
• You’ll need to defeat the Echo of Varshan in World Tier 1 and World Tier 2 by using the Invoker of Varshan.
• You can fight the Echo of Varshan by going through the gate in Malignant Tunnel. But you’ll need an Invoker of Varshan for this. Doing this will give you the recipe for the Foul Invoker of Varshan.

Once you’ve done all this, you’re ready to craft the Foul Invoker of Varshan. Head over to one of Cormond’s Workbenches and craft the item using the following materials:
