Like other life sims, Palia offers players a variety of activities such as cooking, crafting, gardening, bug hunting, and much more. But the most exciting and rewarding activity involves catching fish that can be useful for cooking and selling for Gold. However, even common species like the Rosy Bitterling can be difficult to find and catch in Palia, as each fish spawns in different bodies of water and prefers certain baits.
How To Find Rosy Bitterling
You will be able to find Rosy Bitterling in Palia once you reach Bahari Bay, which will happen quite early in the game. This location is one of the best for fishing, as there are many ponds and rivers. But to get Rosy Bitterling, you better focus on the rivers:
- The river flows near the Flooded Fortress.
- The river flows from the northern part of Bahari Bay from Thorny Thicket.
- The river near the bridge at Proudhorn Pass.
- There is also a small chance you can find Rosy Bitterling in the pond near Central Stables.
It is also worth noting that, unlike other fish in Palia, Rosy Bitterling does not have a special schedule. In other words, it swims in rivers at any time of the day or night. As a result, you can go fishing whenever they want.
How To Catch Rosy Bitterling in Palia
Now that you know where Rosy Bitterling in Palia spawns, all you have to do is catch it. Fortunately, this fish is quite naive and will bite even on an empty hook. So you can leave your Worms for someone more rare.
