One of the main mechanisms of V Risingย is facing and defeating different boss fights like Ziva the Engineer in the game. As part of the new update, a bunch of new items like Charged Battery, weapons, and bad guys have been added to the game. In this guide, we’ll tackle how to find and defeat Henry Blackbrew, the Doctor in V Rising.

It is important to know that Henry Blackbrew is a Level 74 boss, and all his minions also have the same level. So before you even start the journey, make sure you are capable of defeating him. Then make sure you have enough supplies and consumables for a difficult battle.

To track down and find Henry Blackbrew the Doctor inย V Rising, you must go to the Trancendum Laboratories in Gloomrot. There is a Vampire Waygate on the south side of Gloomrot that will help you travel there faster if you have already unlocked it. Like the boss, the enemies in this area are high-level, so be careful not to lose a lot of health.

The best kind of Blood Type you can use in this fight is Shcolar and Warrior Blood Type. The perk of Warrior is that you will least take damage, which definitely comes in handy because the boss fight arena is small, and there is a good chance you will get hurt mistakenly. Scholar Blood Type, on the other hand, is good for spamming spells and cornering the boss with it. Choose one depending on which of them you’ve leveled up the most.

Blackbrew the Doctor attacks can be learned quickly but dodging them is much harder. The fight starts with Henry launching an electrical range attack that is going to create a bunch of electric bars to minimize your movement. Then look out for his counters which he usually uses from the start.

If you get caught in a counter, he will throw you in the air, and electoral beams will hit you, and then you have a Static debuff. This debuff increases the magic damage you’ve received by 10% for 5 seconds. That’s why it is best to use ranged attacks against him.

One of the harder attacks to dodge is when Blackbrew launches into the air and then slams down to initiate a large AOE thunder. You can either roll to dodge them or just jump over them, but don’t expect to get the pattern the first time. Afterward, he will repeat the same set of moves he was doing in the past couple of minutes.
