Locating shrines across the map in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a big task. It gets even tougher when you notice your Shrine Sensor going off and can’t find what you’re looking for. You may be dealing with this situation if you are in the Ulria Grotto to the east of Zora’s Domain. The shrine here is hidden in a spot you might not expect. Here is where and how to find the Ulria Grotto Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

If you are stuck walking around Ulria Grotto with no sign of a shrine in Tears of the Kingdom, that’s because there is no shrine there at all. Instead, you are close enough in range to a shrine just outside that area. Climb out of the grotto and make your way east toward Knuckel Island. Hidden away on a cliffside about halfway down to the water is the shrine you are looking for.

This stealthily hidden shrine is the Gatanisis Shrine. It is also called A Well-Timed Bounce. You can easily glide down to it. If you get a little too far out toward the water, the wind will pick you back up, but all you have to do is go into a dive to get back down. You should not have too difficult of a time reaching the shrine when you find it.

You might be a bit frustrated if you spent a lot of time looking around figuring out how to find the Ulria Grotto Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. The flat-out truth is that while there are a couple of cave entrances in this area, none lead to a shrine. The Gatanisis Shrine is the only one remotely in the area.

After finding the shrine near the Ulria Grotto, we recommend going around the area looking for Koroks. One needs to be delivered to its friend across the grotto, and a few more are sprinkled around the area. There is also the Ulria Grotto East Cave, which you can enter directly south of the shrine.

If you want a trip to the Depths, go to the nearby Tingel Island to find a chasm leading to an exclusive portion of the Depths you can’t enter anywhere else. That’s all you need to know about how to find the Ulria Grotto Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.
