The Bee Hive is one of the most expensive scrap items you can find, and what’s more, you can get it without even exploring the facility. It’s a great way to close a quota, but it’s also quite dangerous because of Circuit Bees, the hive’s inhabitants. To trick the deadly bees, you’ll need a buddy who acts as bait, although you can also steal the hive alone if you’re up for a challenge. And now, letโ€™s see how to get a Bee Hive in Lethal Company.ย

As mentioned above, the Bee Hive is a scrap item not from a facility. Instead, you can find it by carefully exploring the planets, but most often the hives appear near the ship’s landing point. If the planet has bad weather conditions, it is recommended to use the scanner on the right mouse button. This way, you can highlight objects that are difficult to see. When you find a Bee Hive, don’t rush to it because the swarm will certainly fly out to defend its territory.

Circuit Bees, or Crabro-coruscus in scientific terms, live in such hives and are extremely dangerous because they are more aggressive and intelligent than ordinary bees. Also, after evolutionary progress, they can be electrified. Electric shocks are caused by the rapid friction of their wings, so if you get close, you will regret it.

To avoid a quick death and steal the hive, it is advisable to have a teammate with you to act as bait. Preferably equip them with items that will help them move faster, such as TZP-Inhalant, or even better, Jetpack. So, when everything is ready, follow these steps:

  • Together with your teammate, stand on opposite sides of the hive, facing each other.
  • Next, your teammate, who acts as bait, should approach the hive to attract the swarm.
  • When the swarm flies out of the hive, the bait should run away, distracting them.
  • When this is done, you must quickly approach the hive and pick it up to take it to the ship.
  • Run as fast as you can and don’t forget to close the door so that enemies don’t fly inside the ship.

If they are lucky, your teammate may survive and the team will not even get fined for deaths. If you are playing alone, then everything is much more complicated. Now, you will need to fulfill both roles yourself, so make sure to purchase TZP-Inhalant to make this process easier. Next, just quickly approach the hive, grab it, and run to the ship. Just like in the previous case, don’t forget to close the door to avoid a fatal death on the ship. The found hive costs from 51 to 169 credits. In most cases, the price exceeds 100 credits, so you can buy a lot of useful things by selling it.
