Now, travel to Phoenix Mountain, which is located on Poidsear Coast. You can fly on your broom or use the fast travel option to get there. Moreover, you can walk if you want to earn a couple of levels fighting all the enemies on your way.
Once you have found the cave, get inside and follow the main path. This will lead you to a group of poachers before you get to a Phoenix in Hogwarts Legacy.
