Getting a Self-Revive Box, a new Field Upgrade, in Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 DMZ can be a lifesaver. As you can infer from its name, this Field Upgraded holds several Self-Revive Kits. This is very useful in a pinch, as carrying a Self-Revive Kit will let you instantly get back on your feet when downed. Having a Self-Revive Box will ensure you and your team can quickly return to the firefight when things go south. But where can you acquire the Self-Revive Box in DMZ?

The new DMZ Self-Revive Box Field Upgrade should be easy to find in Supply Crates or purchased from a Buy Station. While the specific details of its location haven’t been revealed, the 1.022 Patch Note said that it works just like the Armor Box. The Armor Box can often be found as ground loot or sold for $4,500 at a Buy Station. All things considered, getting a Self-Revive Box should be similar to locating other Field Upgrades.

Aside from looting Supply Crates, you will also want to comb through Strongholds. These locations, indicated by a castle icon on your map or adorned with the Al-Qatala flag, often hold valuable loot, including Field Upgrades. There are around 77 Strongholds scattered all over Al-Mazrah. You should be able to find a Self-Revive Box COD DMZ Field Upgrade there. Most of them are concentrated everywhere:

  • Al-Mazrah
  • Marshland
  • Al-Sharim Pass
  • Akhdar Village

Nevertheless, we will update this article once a better way to get a Self-Revive Box in DMZ has been discovered.

As mentioned in Patch Note 1.022, the Self-Revive Box in COD: MW2 DMZ is a Field Upgrade that works like the Armor Box. It can be found as loot or bought at a Buy Station. The player will throw down a box filled with multiple Self-Revive Kits when used. If a teammate interacts with the Box, the player who deployed it will be granted points. This new Field Upgrade is a good support item for squad-based infiltrations. While carrying one, you can quickly revive your teammates during a heated firefight.
