In Totk, Dark Clump is a handy and essential item. You can make various foods in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom with this item that gives you Gloom Resistance. Gloom is a poison that slowly eats away your base health. Especially in Depths, you can be affected by Gloom very easily since most of the enemies have Gloom there. This will slowly reduce your base health, making you very weak and making things difficult for you. Therefore, you should approach places and enemies with Gloom after consuming Gloom Resistance dishes made with Dark Clump. Without further ado, here is where to find Dark Clump in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

How To Upgrade Your Armor With Dark Clump in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The recipes above aren’t the only source of protection against Gloom in TotK. You can also upgrade Hood of the Depths, Tunic of the Depths, and Gaiters of the Depths, which also gives you Gloom Resistance. Together, these form the Depths Armor Set.

Thanks to this armor set that protects you against Gloom, you can more easily confront enemies with Gloom and at the same time explore the Depths. You need five clumps to upgrade each of your armor pieces Tier 2. If you want to upgrade your armor, you can do it from any Great Fairies.
