Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk introduces the currency Blueberry Points (BP). It’s essentially the money that students of Blueberry Academy can use and exchange in the new expansion. It’s also objectively one of the harder things to grind as you play. Of course, you’ll earn BP as you play, but there are tons of reasons to want more. Getting BP in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
As you progress normally through Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk, you will automatically gain BP. There are several tasks in the world that you can complete in exchange for some points. It’s a bit of a waste of time to just do these tasks if you’re actively searching for BP. Mostly because anything really worth spending BP on is incredibly expensive. Fortunately, there are faster ways of grinding Blueberry Points to make it less menial.
Tips For Getting BP Fast
The fast way to get BP in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk, is to play co-op with friends. Every way that we felt was the best for getting BP fast is as follows:
- Play Co-op
Invite friends to your game via the Union Circle. Not only will you earn BP, but so will everyone else. This is probably the best incentive to get people to play together and split the work of each Blueberry Quest. Since there are more of you, splitting the quests that offer fewer rewards makes the entire experience less tedious. You’ll earn more BP than if you were playing on your own.
- Only Work on Red Blueberry Quests
The quests that have a red label are a little more challenging and offer more BP as rewards. These quests could be anything from winning a Tera Raid battle to capturing a particular Pokemon.
- Focus on the Ditto Blocks Quests
While this is only one specific Blueberry Quest, completing it will reward you with 600 BP. The locations of the Ditto are random, so you’ll need to be on the lookout as you play if you aren’t actively looking. The quests unlock after you’ve completed three red Blueberry Quests.
