This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

The different abilities that you can obtain in Blade Ball are out of this world. While each one is different, they all serve the same purpose. That purpose is to help you dodge the ball and use it against your enemies. The Calming Deflection ability is probably our favorite one yet. When the stakes are high, you can use it to slow the ball down. Let’s take a look at how to get the Calming Deflection ability in Blade Ball for Roblox.

The only way to get the Calming Deflection ability in Blade Ball is to get it as part of being in a clan. More specifically, the following information is required to get Calming Deflection:

  • Required Clan Level – 2
  • Required Welfare Level – 6
    • All clan members can claim a reward at 12 pm and has to be claimed within a certain time. This upgrade increases the grace period for that time.
  • Required Coin Earning Level – 6
    • Increases coin multiplier for all alliance members!
  • Required Luck Level – 4
    • Increases the luck chances for getting anything rare in Blade Ball, for all of the clan!
  • Required Size Level – 5
    • Increase the number of members that can be in your clan!

Regardless of whether it’s your clan or someone else’s, this is the only way to get the ability. In order to upgrade each category, you need to have either Crowns or Clan Points. If you so desire, you can purchase Clan Points using real-world money.

It works the exact opposite of the Raging Deflect ability. Instead of making the ball faster, it slows it down. Simply slash at the ball to watch the ability at work.

How To Get Crowns and Clan Points

You can easily get Crowns by completing daily and weekly missions. To break it down:

  • Select the Earn Crowns option to the right of the screen.
  • Select the Missions option from the next menu.
  • Complete the different missions.
  • Earn Crowns and Activity Points.

Alternatively, you can purchase Clan Points by using Robux.

Best Calming Deflection Strategies

When you do have Calming Deflection, the best strategies you could use are:

  • Use it when the ball is fast to break the rhythm and even possibly trick players into blocking earlier.
  • Its similarity to Raging Deflect could let you fake others out.
