Copper Sticks are required to make a variety of different items when playing My Time At Sandrock. Making them, however, is a different story since they aren’t something that you can naturally find in the wild. As long as you have the right tools and resources, you can easily make Copper Sticks to make structures like the Drying Rack or the Crane Lift.

You can get Copper Sticks from the Recycler, one of the first tools you must make on your property. Follow these steps to get them:

  1. Get Copper Scraps from the Eufala Salvage Shop.

Just go through the Mixed Junk Piles with your Pickhammer. You can also get Copper Ore and turn that into Copper Bars which then turn into Copper Sticks. Getting it from scraps is just so much easier, we learned.

  2. Place the Copper Scraps into the Recycler and Recycle them.

Copper Scraps have the option to become Dregs, Power Stones, Copper Bars, or Copper Sticks. You might need to recycle a few Copper Scraps.

  3. Wait until the Copper Scraps have been recycled and pick them up.

It takes one minute and thirty seconds to recycle one Copper Scrap. Getting them through Eufala Salvage

As we explained, it might take a few tries to do this, but the alternative would be to make a Processor and use it to turn Copper Bars into Copper Sticks. You build the Recycler as part of the game’s tutorial, so it’s a little easier for most players to use it to get Copper Sticks.
