Croagunk Poison is one of many items you can find for crafting purposes, a new mechanic added to the latest entry in the popular monster-catching series, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, for Nintendo Switch. If you need Croagunk Poison, here is a quick guide on where and how to get the item.

Croagunk Poison in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

As you can expect from the item name, to obtain Croagunk Poison, you need to defeat Croagunk and its evolution, Toxicroak. Both Croagunk and Toxicroak can be found roaming about at Casseroya Lake, South Province (Area Five), and West Province (Area Two).

You might want to utilize the new Let’s Go! feature that will let your Pokemon do Auto-Battles (and automatically fetch items) against other nearby Pokemon to quickly farm Croagunk Poison. To do it, press the ZR button to take out your first Pokemon in the party out to the field. Then press R to send your Pokemon in a particular direction; press ZR again to call them back. If they are sent to another Pokemon on the map, then they will do Auto-Battles. However, don’t forget to keep an eye on their health so they don’t suddenly faint.

Once you have collected enough Croagunk Poison, you can use it to craft TM in any TM Machines at various Pokemon Centers. Here is the list of all TM that need Croagunk Poison:
