You can get  Dragon Eyed Spectacles in Hogwarts Legacy from Twitch drops, at the Bell Tower Wing in Hogwarts, and at Random Drops. Also, each Spectacle has a different acquisition method.

1. Purple Dragon-Eyed Spectacles: You can get the Purple Dragon-Eyed Spectacles Once you reach level 6 from the top of the Bell Tower Wing in Hogwarts. Go to the Bell Tower and up the Staircase to the Choir Room of the Bell Tower Wing. Then, get the Staircase to the top from the Choir Room, and you will find the Spectacles inside the big chest.
2. Silver Dragon-Eyed Spectacles: You can get these Dragon-Eyed Spectacles as a Twitch Drop. Go to Participating Live Channel and Watch the stream for 30 minutes to claim the Silver Dragon-Eyed Spectacles as a reward.
3. Gold Dragon-Eyed Spectacles: Gold Dragon-Eyed Spectacles are the rarest ones to find. Also, it would be best to loot these Legendary spectacles as Random Chest Drops or Random Enemy Drops.
