Feebas is located within the tunnels beneath Crystal Pool in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask. This location is right next to Oni Mountain in the upper part of Mossui Town, within the Kitakami region. Make sure to maximise your Encounter Power with Water-type Pokemon as this will give you a better chance of getting Feebas to spawn.

When you get to the Crystal Pool, head southeast, right to the edge, and you will find a small cave hidden. After you enter the cave, you’ll see that it is quite deep. Glide or jump from the sides to get to the bottom of the cave.

Enter the tunnel where the Pokemon are waiting, and you will see a hole leading down. From here, jump into the puddle of water below, and swim through the water to the next room through the tunnel.

You’ll find Feebas in this room, but it won’t show itself as easily as other Pokemon. To find Feebas, look for bubbles in the water, when you move over these bubbles Feebas will appear. Then fight and weaken it, and then capture it.

How To Evolve Feebas in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask

In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask, you need Prism Scale to evolve Feebas. This item is The Teal Mask item, and the developers only added 2 of these items to the game just in case. You can get the first one quite early and easily by completing your Pokedex, it is the second reward of your Pokedex. You can find the other Prism Scale at Fellhorn Gorge, in the Kitakami Region. Come to this area, and you will find the Prism Scale just across the lake.

Follow these steps to evolve Feebas to Milotic:

  1. In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you need to trade with another player to evolve Feebas to Milotic. It is important to find a person you trust.
  2. After finding a trustful friend, give the Prism Scale you have acquired to your Feebas. Also, your trade partner should do the same.
  3. After you both give your Feebas Prism Scale and send it to each other, both Pokemon will turn into Milotic.
