If you’ve been looking for powerful weapons for spectacular battles, then this guide will show you how to get the Explosive Personality Wave Frame Solar Grenade Launcher in Destiny 2. The Explosive Personality is really as powerful as it’s said to be, but not everyone has it. This weapon will be effective both in PVP and PVE. We have all the information you need on how to get it, so focus on the instructions we have provided below to understand how to do it.

How To Obtain an Explosive Personality in Destiny 2

Explosive Personality is a powerful grenade launcher that was first introduced in Season of the Risen. This weapon will be powerful in both PVP and PVE modes, but it shines is PVE, so this is where we suggest you use it. The bad news is that since the release of this gun, many ways to get it are no longer available. But despite this, there are several methods of obtaining it in Season of the Deep, which you will see below.

Buying Explosive Personality from NPCs

The easiest and most reliable way to get old weapons from past seasons is to visit NPCs Banshee-44 and Xur. Both these vendors can sell you Explosive Personality but don’t expect to get it too soon. The assortment of these NPCs consists of a large list of items that change on certain days. So here’s where and when you can find each of them:

  • Banshee-44: To find this vendor, you must visit the Tower. Part of the goods offered by this NPC changes daily. At the same time, the weekly selection rotates every Tuesday reset.
  • Xur: As for Xur, he does not sit in one place and waits for players in different locations every week. The inventory of this NPC changes every Friday, and you can often find him near Watcher’s Grave on Nessus, in The Tower Hangar, or The Winding Cove. But keep in mind that Xur is only available from Friday to Tuesday, and he is probably looking for new products to sell his other days off.

Crafting with Deepsight Harmonizer

With the release of Season of the Deep, the Guardians can craft their weapons using the Deepsight Harmonizer. To get the craft pattern of the desired weapon, you need this weapon and the Deepsight Harmonizer. So, you will have to buy Explosive Personality from the NPCs anyway. As for the Deepsight Harmonizer, you can only get this item through the Season Pass (only 6 units).

Once you have a weapon and material, select Explosive Personality and go to the appearances screen. Use the Deepsight Harmonizer to get a weapon pattern, then collect the following materials to create a new Explosive Personality:

  • 5 Resonant Alloy
  • 35,000 Glimmer
  • 6 Enhancement Core

Although by the time you get the pattern, you will already have the desired weapon, this method has a significant advantage. Firstly, you do not have to wait for a suitable seller’s assortment. Secondly, you can get God Rolls for this weapon much faster.
