Star Days is back in Warframe and you know what that means, it’s time to bask in the Fortuna’s cold toil. If you want the cosmetics from the Star Days event (Warframe‘s Valentine’s equivalent), you’ll need Familial Debt Bonds in Warframe. And to get those, you need to join the Solaris laborers in their daily Warframe grind, sort of. Also, you need our guide.
Where to Get Familial Debt Bonds in Warframe
Currently, there are three ways to acquire Familial Debt Bonds. All three of them are about as stingy as Nef Anyo, so don’t expect much. Less expectations with these farming methods means less disappointment and more surprises (if you actually get rewarded with Familial Debt Bonds).
Don’t limit yourself to one, of course. You can try out all of them for maximum profit.
- Tier 5 Bounty from Eudico in Fortuna or Orb Vallis mission boards.
- This has a 25 to 14 percent chance of rewarding you with two Familial Debt Bonds from Stage 1 to Stage 4. The chance decreases at each stage until it’s down to 14 percent.
- Heist Bounties (Kill the Profit Taker Orb)
- Heists are special Bounties where you have to kill the Profit Taker Orb in Phase 4. The Orb always drops one Familial Debt Bond.
- Buy them from Ticker in Fortuna
- Ticker has a chance to sell these in his stock so check whenever he restocks his items.
Bear in mind that you’re going to need dozens of Familial Debt Bonds if you want the nice stuff that Ticker sells for the Star Days event. Some of the most notable ones are the Eros Wings Ephemera (which only needs Shelter Debt Bonds) and the Cherub Color Palette. But we got you covered with a fast way to farm Familial Debt Bonds in Warframe.
Fastest Way to Familial Bonds in Warframe
If you want to farm Familial Debt Bonds fast and without relying on RNG, then you’re going to have to be an Old Mate in Vox Solaris, meaning Rank 5 in their Standing. That way, you get access to the Heists Bounty.
Killing the Profit Taker in a Heist Bounty will always reward a guaranteed Familial Debt Bond and you can do it over and over again. Each run can take less than five minutes with a decent squad. That’s a rate of around one Familial Debt Bond every five minutes.
Sadly, if you’re not an Old Mate yet in Vox Solaris, you’re confined to grinding it out in Tier 5 bounties. Relying on Ticker for Familial Debt Bonds in Warframe just isn’t feasible.
But to shorten your process in Tier 5 Bounty farming, you can just finish Stage 1 (25 percent reward chance). It has the highest chance of rewarding you with two Familial Debt Bonds. After finishing Stage 1, extract to Fortuna and run the Tier 5 Bounty again. Rinse and repeat.
In most runs, you probably won’t get the Familial Debt Bonds. That’s why we’re bailing after Stage 1 of the Tier 5 Bounty. But hey, that grind is a small price to pay to look lovely and pink.
