Have you heard about the new Lisa skin you can get for free in Genshin Impact? Many players are eagerly awaiting their moment to unlock this skin, dubbed “A Sobriquet Under Shade”, for Lisa. Well, the moment arrives, but there are a number of things you must do first. We will highlight everything needed and how long you have to do so to get Lisa’s skin for free.
Unlock the Free Lisa Skin in Genshin Impact
Lisa is a well-known Electro mage character first released a few years back in the game. Now, you can change up her look without paying a thing. To start on the path toward it, you must participate in the Second Blooming event that arrives with Update Version 3.4. This event begins on January 31, 2023 and lasts until February 13, 2023.
Before you can take part in this Genshin Impact combat event to get the free Lisa skin, you have to meet these requirements:
- Adventure Rank 20 or higher
- Finish the Archon Quest “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”
- Complete Lisa’s Story Quest “Tempus Fugit Chapter: Act I”
Now that you’re eligible, you can jump into the event on day one. A new challenge unlocks every day, giving you 5 total challenges. Each challenge will net you a minimum of 2,000 points. If you want to get Lisa’s new skin for free, you need a total of 10,000 points during the Genshin Impact event.

All the challenges during the Second Blooming event have 3 rounds and 5 different domain types. To get started in-game, do the following:
- Begin the “A Librarian’s Long and Carefree Vacation” World Quest
- Talk to and answer Effendi’s questions
- Speak with Gafoor at the Puspa Cafe
- Wait for Lisa and Gafoor to finish talking and then head to the Mawtiyama Forest
- Do the challenges after Gafoor’s conversation
To unlock the free Lisa skin in Genshin Impact, you can always score the minimum required in these challenges. Since there are 3 rounds, you will need to form 3 different teams. The minimum score is 2,000 points. However, if you want to reach the skin faster, you can always push to score either 4,000 or 8,000 points. The higher your score, the greater the rewards overall.
At the end of Version 3.4, you can always purchase the new Lisa skin for 1,680 Genesis Crystals in the Character Outfit Shop. But why do that when you can just get it for free? So, if you’re ready, hop on into the game before it’s too late.
