If you’re already exploring Hogwarts and its surroundings, you might have noticed that there are a lot of things to collect. While many focus on Moonstone for the Room of Requirements, you should keep an eye out for reagents too. Potion-making is a very useful skill you’ll unlock early in the game. While on easier difficulties it might not be too necessary, playing on hard difficulty will require you to be prepared. Horklump Juice is an ingredient that you should definitely stock up on your travels. You’ll need it to make some useful potions and thankfully finding it isn’t too hard. Today we’ll tell you how to get Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy and how to use it when brewing potions.

Just like other potion ingredients, you’ll need to travel to many places outside of Hogwarts to find this reagent. While some are difficult to spot like Lacewing Flies, Horklump Juice is a bit easier to notice. You need to be on the lookout for blue mushrooms. You’ll notice that once you approach them, they’ll grow spikes. These are the Horklump Juice plants that’ll give you the ingredients. These are the best places to get Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy:

  • Inside the Forbidden Forest
  • Near Upper Hoggsfield’s Hamlet
  • Horklump Hallow
  • Inside Spider Caves
  • Inside the cave when doing Jackdaw’s Rest mission

While there are many more places where you can find Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy, these are the ones we recommend. These places will give you a good amount for you to start making potions.

This is one of the most important items in the game as you’ll need it to craft the basic health potion. Called Wiggenweld Potion in-game, you’ll need 1x Horklump Juice and 1x Dittany Leaves. Mixing these ingredients on a potion station will give you a Wiggenweld Potion. It is important that you stock up on them since you’ll be needed these potions when fighting difficult enemies. And, now that you know how to get Horklump Juice in Hogwarts Legacy, make sure to keep an eye out for the reagent to make those health potions.
