Roblox‘s Adopt Me recently introduced its latest update — Let’s Go To The Beach — which introduces a new pirate shop, owned by Captain Hambeard, as well as three new Legendary Fish; the uncommon Mahi Mahi fish, the ultra-rare Golden Mahi Mahi, and the legendary Diamond Mahi Mahi. Although the chances are low, there is a surefire way to get the Diamond Mahi Mahi fish every single time.
Players have a 78% base chance of catching the Mahi Mahi, a 20% base chance of catching the Golden Mahi Mahi, and only a 2% base chance of catching the Diamond Mahi Mahi. Here are a few tips to turn that 2% into 100%.
How To Catch the Diamond Mahi Mahi Every Time
Use Your Silk Bags: If you open Silk Bags, you will be rewarded with 1,000 bucks. These are extremely useful for gathering cash. In fact, you can save up to 400 bucks each time you open a Silk Bag.
Try Changing Servers: Try fishing three times and if you don’t get the Diamond Mahi Mahi, try changing to a public server and give it another go. If you already caught a Diamond Mahi Mahi in a public server, try joining a private one because you can only catch this Legendary Fish one time in each. Changing servers increases the chance of catching better pets.
Trade For It: This is perhaps the most obvious one of all. But if you don’t already own the Diamond Mahi Mahi, you can simply trade for it. Find a friend (or even a stranger; though be careful not to get scammed) who is willing to exchange the Mahi Mahi for whatever goldfish, sand dollars, or anything else you might have to offer.
Other features of the Let’s Go To The Beach update include a new beach on Adoption Island, Captain Hambeard’s shop, which has docked at the harbor, and a new Mahi Mahi Spinning Rod worth 600 bucks to cast a line into the water.
There’s also a new sea creature available called the ultra-rare Nautilus. It can be added to your collection for 249 Robux. Players can also purchase Captain Hambeard’s Airboat for 2,500 bucks.
Starting on March 8 and running through the weekend, players can get double bucks and aging for completing your pet’s needs.
