Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name features many side quests, including one to bring someone Okonomiyaki. This request comes from the Akame Network, which is unlocked in Chapter 2. These requests occur in Sontenbori, and can be found throughout the area. You can find these by interacting with NPCs marked by exclamation marks on the map. The NPC-looking Okonomiyaki can be found on Shofukucho street. They are the exclamation point under the word “Shofukucho” on the map. Here’s where you can find Okonomiyaki in Like A Dragon Gaiden.

The vendor that sells Okonomiyaki in Like A Dragon Gaiden can be found on the south side of the Sontenbori River. It is a vendor–marked by a blue shopping cart–named Hiratai, which sells three versions of Okonomiyaki. There is a regular for 800 Yen and two variants, each priced at 900 Yen. While there are three options that provide you with varying amounts of health, it doesn’t matter for the request. Any of the three options will work to satisfy the request for Okonomiyaki. I bought all three just to be safe, as they can also be used as healing items.

If you are having trouble finding Hiratia, it is the only shop you can interact with on the south side of the river. It is on the waterfront, so if you are the street south of the river, you are in the wrong place. Once you have the Okonomiyaki, return to the NPC on Shofukucho street. Your reward for completing this request is a handful of Akame Points and a bit more Yen than the cost of the Okonomiyaki.

Like A Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name is available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
