Unlike in Pokemon, base-building is a big part of life in Palworld, which means eventually, you’ll need to get your hands on Pure Quartz. This late-game resource is a requirement for crafting Circuit Boards. That’s an essential component for building some of the best items in the game and harnessing the static power of your Electric-type Pals. Unlike many resources that can be found at or close to spawn, you’ll need to venture far from home if you want to get Pure Quartz. Fortunately, when you need to mine this resource, you should be well-prepared. Here’s what you need to know to get Pure Quartz in Palworld.
Palworld Pure Quartz Location Guide
If you’re looking for Pure Quartz, you’ll need to bundle up. That’s because to get Pure Quartz you’ll need to visit the Astral Mountains in Palworld. Also known as the Land of Absolute Zero, this icy tundra is home to high-level Ice-type pals and this valuable resource. There are two main problems with getting Pure Quartz. The first is distance. The Astral Mountains are near the top of Palworld’s map, far to the northwest of your starting location. That means a long journey over rugged terrain. A flying mount is all but mandatory to get there easier. The second problem is the cold, which will sap your health unless you’re dressed appropriately.
