Tears of the Kingdom is a massive game compared not only to the previous entry of the series but also to most open-world games nowadays. That’s not only in terms of map size but also how much activity is available for players and items to use. There are some items necessary for completing a quest, making a foot, or upgrading a certain set of armor. Due to the massiveness of Tears of the Kingdom, it is hard to look for a certain item without some help. So here is the guide on how to get Sneaky River Snails in Tears of the Kingdom.

As the name of this creature suggests, it is a tiny snail that resides in pods and rivers that are also sneaky, which makes it much harder to find. There are a few ways to use this creature throughout your journey. For instance, you can use it as cooking material for Seafood Rice Balls. They can also be used to upgrade the Stealth Armor set. Like every eatable item in the game, it is used to heal Link. The other items that have similar attributes are Blue Chuchu Jelly and Hyrule Herbs, which will also help you enormously with your adventures.

Due to the fact that Tears of the Kingdom has various areas, each containing secrets and other little locations, it can’t be said for sure where are all the locations you can find the Sneaky River Snails in the game. The two locations where many players have found some snails are Hyrule’s Surface, Zora’s Domain, and Hyrule Ridge.

To be more specific, you should check Rutile Lake, which is located on the western side of central Hyrule. Otherwise, check all the ponds and lakes in the locations mentioned above. Since these sneaky creatures are small, you can pass them over without noticing. So make sure to double-check the area you are searching so you won’t mistakenly miss them.

Tears of the Kingdom is available for Nintendo Switch.
