While you can find Swift Carrots in the wild, you are better off visiting shops across specific towns. You can find Swift Carrots in shops in Kakariko Village and Hateno Village. They are located specifically in High Spirits Produce and East Wind, respectively.
Additionally, while visiting stables, you can find Beedle, who will also sell you some Swift Carrots as well. Each Carrot will cost you 16 rupees. Be sure to carry some money with you. Otherwise, you will have to sell some of your materials to afford them.
While Swift Carrots do not grant a lot of health and do not possess any Fuse properties, it is a very popular ingredient in various recipes.
