To ensure that the Taken stay where they are supposed to, Saga needs to collect various weapons around Bright Falls, Cauldron Lake, and other locations in Alan Wake 2. One of the various weapons that she can use is the Crossbow, which doesn’t make its appearance until a couple of hours into the game. Regardless, firing arrows into the skulls of creatures that might not actually exist is a concept that just about anyone can get behind.

You can find the Crossbow once you reach the chapter titled Lost Girl with Saga. When in Watery, you’ll need to head to the cabin located at the location outlined on the map above. Here, you will find a cult stash with a sign on top that reminds the reader to put the Crossbow back in the stash box whenever they finish using it. This is a hint to take a look at the numbered targets that are nearby.

As outlined in the image above, there are three numbered targets that have a different amount of targets lodged into them. The number five has one arrow, the number two has two arrows, and the number seven has three arrows. To make it simple, that means that the code for the stash box with the Crossbow in it is 5-2-7. Once you open the box, you’ll also be immediately awarded the Greatest Hits achievement. You can also take all of the arrows that were used in the target practice for yourself so that you can start off with some ammo.
