Back in NBA 2K22, players can unlock a Go Kart to be used on the social space once they reach Level 40. Once again, NBA 2K23 features an exclusive vehicle called the Jordan Go Kart; unfortunately, it won’t come cheap. Here’s everything you need to know about the Michael Jordan Go Kart and how to unlock it in NBA 2K23.

NBA 2K23 – Unlock and Use the Jordan Go Kart

How to Get the Jordan Go Kart in NBA 2K23 - Answered

First, the bad news. In order to unlock the Michael Jordan-themed Four Wheels Go Kart, you need to buy a specific version of NBA 2K23 — specifically the most expensive one. Yep, at the time of writing, the Jordan Go Kart is only available as a bonus from the $150 NBA 2K23 Championship Edition. Well, the good news is, if you’re in need of speed, reaching Level 40 in the MyCAREER Season 1 Pass will unlock a Four-Seater Golf Cart, so at least there’s that.

Championship Edition owners can easily equip the Go Kart by opening the MyPLAYER menu, selecting Appearance, opening the Equipment list, and selecting the Jordan Go Kart. Once in the City, open the Quick-select menu, and you should be able to drive it around the City. Maybe in the future, 2K Games will release the Jordan Go Kart as a separate DLC; if they do, we’ll let you know. Also, remember that some players reported that deleting a MyPLAYER character who owns the Go Kart and creating a new one won’t give the second character the Kart, and the Go Kart might be tied to one character only, so be careful!

Other than the Jordan Go Kart, grabbing the $150 NBA 2K23 bundle nets you tons of in-game rewards and a one-year subscription to NBA League Pass. Considering NBA League Pass costs $15 per month, it’s a decent deal for die-hard fans of the sport. Below is the list of all bonuses you get from the NBA 2K23 Championship Edition:

  • 100,000 Virtual Currency.
  • 10,000 MyTEAM Points.
  • 10 MyTEAM Tokens.
  • One two-hour Double XP Coin.
  • A Michael Jordan-themed Go-Kart for driving around the Park.
  • A 10-percent XP boost on MyTEAM and MyCAREER season progression.
  • A 12-month NBA League Pass subscription.
    • Make sure your NBA2K account email address is up-to-date and verified, so you don’t miss your code.
  • MyTEAM items:
    • Sapphire Devin Booker and Ruby Michael Jordan MyTEAM Cards.
    • 23 MyTEAM Promo Packs
      • 10 at launch and an Amethyst Topper Pack, and then the rest are given two each week for six weeks.
    • Free Agent Option MyTEAM Pack.
    • Diamond Jordan Shoe MyTEAM card.
    • Ruby Coach Card MyTEAM Pack.
  • MyPLAYER items:
    • Four Cover Athlete T-Shirts.
    • Backpack and arm sleeve.
    • Custom-design skateboard.
  • MyCAREER items:
    • 10 Boosts for each MyCAREER Skill Boost type.
    • 10 Boosts for each Gatorade Boost type.
