In Terraria, there are many different biomes. In each of them, you can find various loot, enemies, resources, and, of course, adventures. Lava Charm is one of the accessories you can get in Terraria. Wearing it will give you temporary immunity to lava. The effect lasts for 7 seconds, but this is more than enough time to get out of the lava if you accidentally fell. But getting this accessory is not very easy.

  • The first way to get Lava Charm in Terraria is to search for chests. With a less than 5% chance, you can find this accessoryย in a chest on the Cavern layer. And this accessory spawns only in chests near the lava.
  • Also, you can find Lava Charm in Obsidian Crate or Hellstone Crate which you can fish in lava. But for this, you need to find a suitable fishing rod.
  • And the last way is Shimmer Transmutation. First, you need to get Magma Stone, dropped by Hellbats or Lava Bats. And then using Magma Stone with Shimmer will give you the Lava Charm.

Using Lava Charm in Terraria is very simple. Once in the lava, you will see a flame meter similar to the breath meter. And when all the flames are gone, you will start taking damage from the lava. To restore this flame meter, you need to get out of the lava. It is also worth noting that the accessory will not work if you equip it while already in the lava.

That’s all you need to know about how to get the Lava Charm in Terraria.
