So using Zskera Vault Keys every week, try to go through as many floors and rooms as possible.
On the other hand, you can buy random Primordial Stones from NPC Researcher Imareth at Morqut Village for Dormant Primordial Fragments. You can get this valuable currency by opening the same stashes in the Zskera Vault.
