After Goku, Vegeta, Bulma, and Beerus came to Fortnite back in August 2022, now it’s time for Piccolo and Son Gohan to join the battle royale fight on January 31, celebrating the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie. In this update, the Nimbus Cloud also returned to the game, allowing players to soar through the air on their own fluffy, magical cloud. Here’s everything you need to know if you want to get the Piccolo skin in Fortnite; still, if you are hoping to unlock the skin for free, prepare to be disappointed.
How to Get the Piccolo Skin in Fortnite
Like the Goku and Vegeta skin, the Piccolo skin can only be unlocked through Fortnite’s Item Shop. The skin will only be available for two weeks until February 14, before Epic Games refreshes the Item Shop list and is priced at 1,800 V-Bucks. Buying the skin of the Namekian warrior will also unlock a bunch of other bonuses, including:
- Piccolo’s Cape and Turban Back Bling.
- Piccolo’s Demon Symbol Pickaxe.
- Charging Up Emote, which will transform Piccolo into his Awakening Style.
Additionally, there are other Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero related items available in the Shop: Gohan’s Beast Axe Pickaxe, Capsule No. 576 Glider, Piccolo’s Handheld House Pickaxe, and Red Ribbon Army Aircraft Glider. Each can be bought for 800 V-Bucks. Nevertheless, die-hard Dragon Ball fans can also spend 2,200 V-Bucks for the Piccolo Bundle and obtain all of the cosmetics listed above instead. Buying the Son Gohan Bundle is also the only way to obtain the exclusive Gohan & Piccolo Loading Screen.
You can get V-Bucks by completing the Battle Pass or by shelling out $7.99 for 1,000 V-Bucks. In total, you will need to spend around $24 of real-life cash to get the whole Piccolo Bundle or $16 if you decide to purchase the skin separately.
