The Adoring Fan is one of the companions that you can choose and invite to your crew in Starfield. If you choose Hero Worship as one of your Traits, you will encounter the Adoring Fan. However, he’s a bit obsessive and he doesn’t want to separate himself from you at all. He chats all the time and doesn’t get much done. If you’re tired of him showering you with compliments, you can get rid of the Adoring Fan. Let’s explain how to get the Adoring Fan to leave you alone in Starfield.

Although the Adoring Fan seems very cute and friendly at first, he can be annoying when he constantly follows you around. You can dismiss him by telling him to take a hike, but he will find a way to come back and bother you. If you have included him in your crew, you can persuade him to leave. But since he is your biggest and most passionate fan, this will not be easy. Let’s see how to get rid of the Adoring Fan and remove him from your crew in Starfield:

  • Persuade

If you choose the [Persuade] option, you can make the Adoring Fan dislike you by convincing him that you are a murderer. Pick the “We need to talk about your fandom,” and tell him you’re not a good person at all. You need to have high Social Skills to persuade him. Otherwise, he will not believe you are a murderer and stick with you.

  • Attacking the Adoring Fan

If you choose the [Attack] option, you will kill him and get rid of him permanently. This option is not recommended because doing so will remove the Hero Worshipped Trait from your character. If you can get rid of him in another way, he may appear in that galaxy and you can attack him again.

  • Removing His Crew Status

You can choose the “Kindly Get Lost” option and remove the Adoring Fan’s crew status. This means you will make it clear that you don’t want him anymore and he will leave your crew. He will respect your decision and wish you the best of luck. Keep in mind that with this choice, the Adoring Fan will be disappointed and you may feel sorry for him.
