However, you can not craft until getting at least one Reflect TM, so you will have to take a walk first. Fortunately, there are three places where you can find TM 074 Reflect, so visit the one closest to you:
- The first place you should visit is South Province (Area Three). Take the northeast tower as your starting point and get to the location in the first image above. You can pick up the first TM 074 Reflect in a narrow passage between the rocks.
- To find a second TM, visit the small town of Medali (East). See between the houses as in the second image above, and pick up the Reflect TM.
- To get to the final TM 074 Reflect, take the Pokémon Center in the south of North Province (Area One) as your starting point. Then you have to walk in a southeast direction for quite some time. As soon as you see a small lake, you must cross over the mountains to your right. Using the third image above, reach the old construction site and pick up the third TM.
