Want to know how to get TM 099 Iron Head in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet? With Power 80, Accuracy 100, and a 30% chance of causing the opponent to flinch, Iron Head is what you need if you are looking for stable damage with steel attacks. And while Pokemon like Varoom, Orthworm, Iron Tread, Scizor, and a few others can learn this move by leveling up, others will need a TM. And our guide is here to help you and tell you how to get TM 099 Iron Head in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

First of all, it’s worth noting that you can get TM 099 Iron Head in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in two ways:

  • In the open world of Paldea
  • Craft on TM Machine

If you have gone through a large part of the game’s story and defeated Team Star Fairy Crew, the TM 099 Iron Head recipe is already in your pocket, and you can start crafting. Otherwise, you will have to find at least one TM in the open world to get the recipe. However, you have nothing to worry about because there are two points with Iron Head TM in the Paldea region, and you only need to visit the one that is closer to you.

  1. The first place you can visit is West Province (Area One). Take the Pokemon Center in the southern part of the location as your starting point and head northeast. Cross the river and keep walking along the rocks. Once you get to the point in the first image above and pick up the Pokeball near the cliff, you will receive your first TM.
  2. The next place you should go to is much north of the previous one. Head to the northeast coast of Casseroya Lake and head west. Cross two bridges and continue going west. A little short of the Socarrat Trail, turn right. Climb up the ledge on the cliff and pick up the second TM 099.

How To Craft TM 099 Iron Head

Once you defeat Team Star Fairy Crew or find at least one Iron Head TM, you will automatically receive the recipe and be able to craft copies. So visit your nearest Pokemon Center and use the TM Machine. To craft TM 099 Iron Head, select a recipe from the list and prepare the following materials in advance:

  • 8000 LP
  • Pawnyard Blade x3
  • Rookidee Feather x3
  • Cufant Tarnish x5
