Where to Find the TM 104 Iron Defense in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Like any other TM in the game, you can get TM 104 Iron Defense Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in two ways:

Find in the Paldea region.
Craft on a TM Machine in any Pokémon Center.

Also, it’s worth noting that you won’t be able to craft until you get at least one TM 104 Iron Defense. When you find Iron Defense TM in Paldea, you will automatically unlock the recipe for this TM, so traveling is a must. Luckily, there are three locations on the map to find the TM 104 Iron Defense in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet:

The first place you should visit is East Province (Area One). Walk near the wall of the Great and get to the place like in the first image above. You will find a yellow Pokeball with TM 104 Iron Defense near the cliff.
The next place you can visit as you level up is East Province (Area Three). Pick up the Pokémon Center on the border with the Tagtree Thicket as your starting point and head into the pit to the east. Climb up to the central plateau and collect the TM.
A final point with Iron Defense TM is at the northeastern Glaseado Mountain. Climb the rock near the sea, like in the third image above, to get TM.
