Want to know how to get TM 124 Ice Spinner in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet? With Power 80 and Accuracy 100, Ice Spinner is a relatively powerful move with an incredible effect. Using Ice Spinner, your Pokémon covers its feet with thin ice and starts spinning, thus damaging the enemy and destroying the arena under your feet. This move is particularly effective against Grass, Ground, Flying, and Dragon-type Pokémon. Only Pokémon like Cetitan and Cetoddle can learn this move by leveling up, but everyone else needs TM. Unlike many other TMs, you will not be able to find Ice Spinner TM in Paldea. But despite this, you can get TM 124 Ice Spinner in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in two ways:

  • As a reward for defeating Gym Leader Grusha, The Ice-type Gym Leader.
  • Craft on TM Machine.

It is important to note that you will not be able to craft the TM 124 Ice Spinner until you have at least one copy or until you unlock the recipe. An alternative way to get the recipe for this TM is to defeat Team Star Fighting Crew. If you’ve already beaten this boss, you already have the recipe in your pocket, and you can craft an Ice Spinner TM at the nearest Pokemon Center.

If you have not yet collected all the materials for crafting, the battle with Grusha is what you need. To find this boss, you should go to the top of Glaseado Mountain and visit the location a little south of the city of Montenevera. Also, you should know that the average level of Grusha Pokemon is 47-48, and they are all Ice-type Pokemon. The exception is Altaria Dragon//Flying, but being an Ice-type Pokemon in Tera type.

To challenge and defeat Grusha, your Pokemon level must be at least as high as the Gym Leader. In addition, you should collect a strong team of Pokémon with Fire, Fighting, Rock, and Steel-type moves, as they are the most effective in this fight. And once you win, you will receive your first TM 124 Ice Spinner.
