You can get TM 133 Earth Power in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in two locations, at the top of the cliff near Alfornada Area six of the South province and the North section of the Asado Desert. However, you must defeat the Team Star Crew before exploring this TM. Here are the steps you need to follow.

- Go to Alfornada and head to the top of the cliffs. You will have to pass the waterfall.
- Follow the path until the end of the cliff, and you will find the TM 133 Earth Power there.
TM 133 Earth Power Location at the North section of the Asado Desert
- Go to the small cliff on the map and climb to the top.
- Get the TM 133 Earth Power at the end of the cliff.
