As you progress through Starfield, you can visit hundreds of unique locations, so it’s no surprise that some are much more important to your gameplay than others. Some repeated locations have nothing but consumables to offer, others grant you secret items like the Razorleaf ship, and some are integral to your story. And while a place like Deimos Staryard seems to be helpful only for the Red Tape Blues side quest, the value of this location is much higher. However, whatever your objective, we are here to tell you how to find Deimos Staryard and dock into it in Starfield.

Deimos Staryard Location in Starfield

To find Deimos Staryard in Starfield, you must travel to the Sol System and get to Deimos, one of the moons of Mars. You only need to open your Starmap and find the Sol System among the star systems. Next, select Mars and zoom in to notice smaller celestial bodies like Deimos. Select this moon, press Set Course, and Jump. Once you’ve done the gravity jump, you’ll soon find the Deimos Staryard, a large space station built from many modules.

How To Dock Into Deimos Staryard in Starfield

To dock into Deimos Staryard in Starfield, you only need to fly up close (about 500 meters) and press E to activate the scanner. The Deimos Staryard Space Station is a giant structure, so you can only dock at a specific location. Look around and fly at the hint on the screen while your scanner is active. Upon reaching a small gray dot, you can hold down X or R to dock into Deimos Staryard. Luckily, all you have to do next is watch the docking animation, after which you can board.

What Is Deimos Staryard?

As we said earlier, Deimos Staryard is one of the waypoints for the Red Tape Blues side quest. But this is just a way to introduce you to this place. After all, Deimos Staryard is one of the largest manufacturers of space modules and one of the best Shipyards in Starfield. All modules you buy from a local Ship Services Technician are of the highest quality. Only contraband goods from The Key or some modules from New Atlantis can compare with what you can buy in this location.

That’s all you need to know about Deimos Staryard in Starfield. Having visited this place once, you will come back here. And by the way, do not forget to take some photos, because this place is worth it.

Starfield is available on Xbox Series X|S and PC.
