While it might not have the freedom of exploration of Skyrim, ESO still has many locations to explore and get to, and one of those is Mournhold. Given how it is the capital of the Ebonheart Pact, many players of this faction might be looking to get there as soon as possible. However, new players might find the journey a bit challenging and expensive at first. That’s why it is important to know how to reach the City of Light and Magic in Elder Scrolls Online as fast and cheaply as possible.

There are several ways to get to Mournhold in ESO, although some require players to wait a while and progress through the main story, which, as we know, is quite long. With that in mind, we’ve listed a few ways to reach this city as fast as possible.

  • Getting Invited to It
    • If you’re a new player, the fastest way to reach this city is by joining a party with a player who is in this city. This way, they can invite you to it, and you don’t need to travel a lot to reach the place.
  • Using Carriages
    • Most cities and towns have carriages that transport players to other cities. You can find one that goes to Mournhold and take it. It’ll cost a bit, but it is another choice.
  • Using Wayshrines
    • The last option, and by no means the fastest, is using a Wayshrine. You can find the closest one to Mournhold and teleport there. However, you’ll still need to walk or ride there, which will take time.

Overall, asking another player to take you to Mournhold in ESO is the fastest way to get there. Once there, you can unlock the Wayshrine and teleport there whenever you want. Keep in mind that it’ll cost you, but it is better than traveling all the way there on foot or a mount and aggro a lot of foes along the way.
