This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

Trinity ghoul is an exotic combat bow that creates devastating chain-lightening damage on precision kills. It was introduced years ago and has for long remained a mediocre Exotic until it received a catalyst that allowed it to activate its capabilities. The catalyst transformed it into one of the most desirable weapons in Destiny 2.

How to get Trinity Ghoul in Destiny 2
As a player, you can acquire Trinity ghoul in Destiny 2 via Exotic engrams or purchase it from Xur should he decide to sell it. That said, if you have no direct method of getting this weapon, it might take a while to get your hands on one but be sure that Exotic engram will always reward you with a weapon you don’t have. What this means is that each exotic engram will get you closer to getting the weapon of your choice including the awesome Trinity Ghoul.

There are several ways to acquire Exotic engrams in 2022. Here are the most reliable ways of getting Exotic engrams in Destiny 2:

  • The Season Pass
  • Xûr (he offers one random Exotic engram per week)
  • Nightfall: The Ordeals in higher difficulties

Some of the weapon perks include:

  • Split Electron: Splitting arrows
  • Lightening rod: Chain lightening capabilities
  • Catalyst: Upgrades the weapon to masterwork. Meaning it generates the orbs on multi-kill.

To get the catalyst, you need to complete strikes. The catalyst will drop at random. Thus, the best thing to do is to run through some strikes and see if you can get it. Subsequently, you need to upgrade the Trinity ghoul using the catalyst simply  get more kills.
