The only way to use Cat Food in Dave The Diver is to feed a little black and white cat named Momo. You can see him sitting on the bar on the left side of the restaurant during the day. To feed Momo, you only need to approach the cat and press the space bar to interact with him. After that, a window will open in which you must select the Feed option. You can only feed Momo once a day, and it will seem pointless. But you only have to keep doing it diligently to unlock the secret achievement.

To get Momo’s Secret achievement in Dave The Diver, you must feed Momo 20 times. Upon fulfilling this requirement, you only need to wait until the evening when Dave starts to close the restaurant for the night.
