The Damaged Music Box is an item in Honkai Star Rail, which allows you to get Praise of High Morals and unlock the Outworlder Achievement. To complete this mission, you must fulfill the request of Little Sister, aka “Weak Female Voice” in Rivet Town. Also, if you’ve played Bloodborne before, you’ll realize that this mission is a Honkai Star Rail Bloodborne reference. In this guide, we’ll talk about how to get the Damaged Music Box and how to use it. Also, stay tuned until the end to learn about the Dirty Ribbon Star Rail item.
How To Get Damaged Music Box in Honkai Star Rail
First, we will need the Dirty Ribbon Star Rail item. To find this Dirty Ribbon Tied to a Bell item, you need to kill the Warp Trotter in Rivet Town. Then you have to give this item to Little Sister in the window on the bridge in Rivet Town. Then Little Sister, whom you recognize as Weak Female Voice, will give you the Music Box.
Item’s in-game description:
A small, handcrafted music box. Though kept under good care for many years, it has fallen into a state of disrepair.
The melody produced by the wooden box was somewhat unsettling, nonetheless, it was cherished by the two girls, who relied on each other like sisters.
“Welcome… home…”
How To Use Damaged Music Box in Honkai Star Rail
To use the Music Box, go back to the Warp Trotter location you killed in Rivet Town (Warp Trotter and Little Sister are in the same location). This time you will see Little Sister there. Then start the dialog and give the Damaged Music Box to the NPC. In return, you will receive Praise of High Morals and the Outworlder Achievement.
What is Honkai Star Rail Bloodborne Easter Egg
This mission is called Honkai Star Rail Bloodborne Easter Egg because it’s very similar to a quest in Bloodborne. There is a boss in the game named Father Gascoigne and you can find his daughter in the game.
Just like Little Sister, his daughter talks to you through the window and gives you a music box after you talk to her. Then you can then use this music box to weaken Father Gascoigne and kill him more easily. It is because of these similarities that this small quest is referred to in Honkai Star Rail as a Bloodborne reference.
Honkai: Star Rail is available on PC, PlayStation 4|5, Android, and iOS.
