One of the best items added with Season X in Fortnite OG is definitely the Junk Rift. I get stuck on this item so much that I take it almost every time I find it, even if my inventory is full. One of the biggest reasons for this is that in Fortnite OG, you can break structures very quickly using it. If your opponent is hiding in some building, you can get them out of there very easily. On top of that, it’s a pretty cool effect to look at!

Items like the Grapple Glove and Guided Missile can be hard to find in Fortnite OG. Grapple Glove can only be found in Supply Drop and Rift Encounters, while Guided Missiles have a very low drop chance. Fortunately, this is not the case for the Junk Rift. The reason for this is you can find a Junk Rift in Chests, Supply Drops, or as a Floor Loot, just like any other valuable item.

Junk Rift is a really cool item because you can stack them up to 4, even though they are extremely powerful. It is also much more devastating than items like Dynamite, Grenade, Rocket Launcher, and Grenade Launcher. I think the reason for this is that the Junk Rift’s animation is much faster than these other items and players have a harder time seeing objects falling on their heads from above.

You can find Junk Rift nearly anywhere in the game, it’s all up to your luck. However, if you land in a place where Chests are abundant, such as Loot Lake, Tilted Towers, or Frosty Flights, your chances of finding this item are much higher.

Junk Rift may take some getting used to, but once you do, you won’t be able to go back to regular bombs. The biggest advantage of using the Junk Rift is that when you throw it at enemies, it often forces them to look up, and you can take advantage of this gap to kill them.

Or players don’t even notice and take a good amount of damage from an object landing on their head, making them an easy target for you. You might want to avoid using this item in very open areas, the best use of the Junk Rift is to force players to come out of their hiding spots. If a player is hiding in a building, use your Junk Rift to destroy it. And if you are hiding somewhere where the enemy can’t see you, start the fight by using Junk Rift first. This will draw the enemy’s attention above.
