How to Get (& Use) the Continuity Zero Ability in Blade Ball Roblox

Dr. Strange may live in the Marvel universe, but his portal powers reach farther than that. By using Continuity Zero in Roblox Blade Ball, you can conjure an arcane gateway to send the ball flying at opponents from a whole different dimension. Squeezing the most tactical value from this power takes practice, but few tricks feel better than smacking your enemy with an attack they didn’t even see coming. This power even has defensive uses, if you plant the portal far away, increasing the time you have to react and parry. Here’s how to get and use Continuity Zero in Blade Ball.

One of the biggest differences between Continuity Zero and abilities like Quantum Arena is how you get it. Originally released as a 2024 New Year event exclusive, you can now unlock this ability without using the Spin Wheel. Instead of RNG, you’ll need to rely on hard work, but we’d rather grind than cross our fingers and gamble. To get Continuity Zero in Blade Ball, here’s what you need to do:

  1. Complete the Battle Pass
  2. Open the Selection Crate at the end
  3. Select Continuity Zero as a reward

That’s right: even though the Battle Pass mostly contains Coins and Crystals, it also offers this exclusive ability as a reward for all that grinding. The good news is that since Continuity Zero appears in the Regular Selection Crate, there’s no RNG involved in getting it anymore. The Bleecker Street Magician probably wouldn’t like having his magic tied to a Wheel of Fortune spin anyway.

How to Use Continuity Zero

The first time you use Continuity Zero during a match you’ll create a portal at your current location. Using this power a second time causes the ball to teleport to the portal and launch itself at the previous target. The portal is only visible to you, however, which makes Continuity Zero one of the best ways to land sneaky hits in Blade Ball. By placing the portal near a crowd of enemies and waiting until the ball gains speed before triggering it, you can often catch players off guard. Using Continuity Zero well requires good timing, but if you pull it off you’ll feel like Stephen Strange himself.

Roblox is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Mobile.
