Wrathful Invokers are rare items used to summon monsters deep within fearsome dungeons. Wrathful Malignant Invoker, introduced with Diablo 4 Season 1, is one of a kind and is the only way to summon an Elite Malignant monster. Moreover, it gives you insane power upon slotting it. However, it is a rare item, and getting it depends on how lucky you are. Luckily, we’ll walk you through how to get Wrathful Malignant Invoker in Diablo 4 in the easiest way.

The only want to get a Wrathful Invoker is to craft an Uncertain Invoker at Cormond’s Workbench. You’ll see many Caged Hearts and Malignant Invokers at Cormond’s Workbench, but you’ll need to craft the Uncertain Invoker under the Crafted Cache tab.

Four Invokers can be randomly dropped from Uncertain Invokers — Wrathful, Brutal, Vicious, and Devious. You need the Wrathful one, but unluckily it is the hardest to drop off them all. That means you should try opening Uncertain Invokers until you get a Wrathful one.

Furthermore, after reaching World Tier 2, your chance to drop Wrathful Invokers from Uncertain Invokers increases. Although unconfirmed, you can wait to reach World Tier 2 before you craft enough Uncertain Invokers. It is said that you can also get Wrathful Invokers at high-difficulty tiers. Even if this is true, it happens with a very, very small chance.

How To Get Wrathful Hearts

Before crafting Wrathful Hearts, remember that obtaining them is purely luck based and requires some gambling in Diablo 4. The following steps will help you on crafting a Wrathful Invoker:

  • First of all, head over to Cormond’s Workbench in Kyovoshad.
  • Click on Crafted Cache at the bottom and then Uncertain Invoker.
  • To craft an Uncertain Invoker, you’ll need 40x Brutal Malignant Ichor, 40x Devious Malignant Ichor, 40x Vicious Malignant Ichor, and 1000 Gold.
  • Once you ready them, craft an Uncertain Invoker and open it in your inventory.
  • Even if the chances of a Wrathful Invoker dropping are very low, we think you will eventually succeed if you try.

Malignant Ichors are used to craft Uncertain Invokers that may drop a Wrathful Invoker in Diablo 4. You’ll get Malignant Ichors once you complete Malignant Tunnels. You can find these spine-chilling dungeons on your map with a leaf icon and a green dot on them. You will also get Caged Hearts that you can salvage to Malignant Ichors in Malignant Tunnels. Once you have enough of these, roll the dice and see if you can get some goodies.

If you got Wrathful Invokers, you can now use them on the Outgrowth at the end of the Malignant Tunnel. This will summon a Wrathful Malignant enemy and you can get drops once you kill it. Hopefully, this guide has given you a helpful answer on how to get Wrathful Hearts in Diablo 4.
