Want to know how to grapple in Forspoken? Forspoken is the latest title in the action RPG genre and was published by Square Enix. The game follows Frey as she is whisked away to the beautiful land of Athia she needs to save.

Athia is painted by magnificent and huge mountains that you will need to scale in order to fulfill your mission. On your journey as Frey, you will encounter yellow-colored rocks pointing away from the giant mountains, allowing you to traverse the engorged mountains easily. Equipped with parkour abilities, you will use the grapple to reach certain points. This guide will show you how to grapple in Forspoken.

How to Use Grapple in Forspoken?

To grapple in Forspoken, simply press the Square Button and aim for the yellow crystal rock that sticks out from the mountain. However, grapple won’t be available to you until later in the game.

You will unlock this ability only after defeating Tanta Sila, part of Chapter 5.

Once you unlock grapple in Forspoken and zip parkour ability, you can hold the square button when you see a yellow crystal rock. There will be a crosshair on the screen to help you aim for the crystal rock. The game will slow down just enough for you to use grapple again so you can easily aim for the second crystal rock and so on until you reach your destination.

You can use grapple in Forspoken not just to traverse the vast open world of Athia, but also in your battles against various enemies. You can grapple in Forspoken to dodge the attacks.

However, you need to know that every time you grapple in Forspoken, it will take a portion of your Stamina. Make sure you have corresponding magical abilities that will sustain your Stamina. You can easily combine grapple with Rush ability since it will replenish your Stamina.

You can also use the Soar ability. This will help you climb higher in one jump with its multiple leaps.
