This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

You’re never far from your Pals in Palworld, and they’ll often be used to help eliminate the dangers you encounter in the wild. But sometimes things go wrong, and your Pals can get hurt or even die. Even after a certain point, your Pals will start to suffer from different diseases like Ulcer. Fortunately, it’s possible to heal them in Palworld thanks to the Medieval Medicine Workbench. Knowing how to heal your beloved allies, using them consistently in every battle or making them work, is incredibly important, so here’s how to heal your wounded or sick Pals in Palworld.

The game tells you how to do this when you follow the Tutorial at the beginning of the game, but honestly, it doesn’t make it very clear. There is also a high probability that you got caught up in the game’s charm like us and overlooked this information. In order to heal your damaged friends after a boss fight or a quest to capture the powerful Wild Pal in Palworld, you will need a Palbox.

You put this item in the location you want to be your base, and the Pals you put in the “Pal who is at the base” section start working on various jobs depending on the tasks around you and their traits. At the same time, when you open the Palbox, you can see all the Pals you have captured in the Box section. When you drag your dead or wounded Pal on the left side into the Box, then they will start to heal in Palworld.

After reaching Level 12 in Palworld, you are eligible to unlock the Medieval Medicine Workbench, and after this stage of the game, the Pals working in your base will start to suffer from health problems. The Medieval Medicine Workbench allows you to produce various medicines for your sick Pals to treat them, and if you want to assign a Pal to this crafting station, it must have the Medicine Production skill.

This crafting station has three different tiers, and Medieval Medicine Workbench is the first tier you will unlock. There are seven sicknesses in Palworld that your Pal can develop: Cold, Depressed, Fracture, Ulcer, Overfull, Sprain, and Weakened. In addition, there are three medicines to treat these diseases: Low-Grade Medical Supplies, Medical Supplies, and High-Grade Medical Supplies.

Here is a list of which medicines you should use for each disease:

  • Cold: Low-Grade Medical Supplies
  • Depressed: Low-Grade Medical Supplies
  • Fracture: Medical Supplies
  • Ulcer: Medical Supplies
  • Overfull: Low-Grade Medical Supplies
  • Sprain: Low-Grade Medical Supplies
  • Weakened: High-Grade Medical Supplies

How To Use Medicines on Pals

  1. For instance, if your Pal has an Ulcer in Palworld, craft the Medical Supplies needed for treatment in Medieval Medicine Workbench and go to your sick Pal.
  2. Then, hold down the “4” key and select “Feed” in the tab that opens.
  3. Then feed your sick Pal with Medical Supplies.
