Sims will get a menstrual cycle status that lasts 2 days every 2 weeks, but your sim must be a teenager to have these options. Those sims with a menstrual cycle will be able to use pads and other menstrual hygiene products when interacting with the toilet. - Alcohol
Your sim can get drunk by drinking alcoholic beverages and unlock different states depending on how much they drink. - Appearance
Your sim’s physique will change depending on whether they are embarrassed, may suffer from acne, or have dark circles under their faces if they don’t sleep well. They must take care of their skin or brush their teeth regularly so they don’t feel ashamed. - Personality
This mod adds another 16 personality traits to choose from or lets the game select randomly.
