Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time has brought over 100 new meal recipes to everyone’s favorite Disney-themed life sim. With new ingredients like pork, paprika, and celery, some new meals were expected when players first stepped onto Eternity Isle in the expansion pack. Interestingly enough, however, not all of the new meals involve the new ingredients from the expansion pack. Bulgur Salad is one of those, a brand-new five-star appetizer that’s just come to Disney Dreamlight Valley.

What ingredients do you need for Bulgur Salad?

To make Bulgur Salad in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Wheat
  • Mint
  • Any Spice (Cumin, Oregano, Garlic, etc.)

Wheat can be bought at Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow or at The Docks in Eternity Isle. Wheat seeds cost 1 coin each and the crops only take 1 minute to grow. Fully grown wheat can be bought at Goofy’s Stall in the Peaceful Meadow for 3 coins. Tomato can be bought at Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach or The Grasslands in Eternity Isle. The seeds cost 8 coins at both locations, but whole tomatoes cost 33 coins at Dazzle Beach only. Tomato crops take one hour to grow and need to be watered twice, unless you’re using Miracle Growth Elixir.

Cucumbers and Mint can both be found in the Frosted Heights. Cucumber seeds can be bought at Goofy’s Stall for 40 coins each – whole cucumbers are also available, but they cost 239 coins so it’s a much better investment to buy the seeds and wait one hour and fifteen minutes for them to grow. Mint can be found scattered around the Frosted Heights, growing naturally.

Once you’ve gathered all the ingredients and found at least one spice such as cumin, oregano, or garlic, head to a cooking pot. Use one coal to start the cooking process, then add all of the ingredients to make Bulgur Salad. This five-star meal can be eaten to restore 910 energy or sold to Goofy for 396 coins.
