Requirements to Make the Fish Pasta Recipe

You must first complete the following four objectives:

• Unlock Remy’s Restaurant
  1. Choose the door for Ratatouille when you gain access to Dream Castle.
  2. Complete Remy’s quest.
  3. Build Remy a home when he moves to town.
  4. Help build Remy’s restaurant.
• Unlock the Forest of Valor biome
