However, you still need to fulfill a few prerequisites. First, you must visit the Peaceful Meadow biome, and you can do it for free. Here you must unlock the local Goofy Stall to access the first stall in the game. Secondly, you must search the local waters to find a broken fishing rod. After that, take the fishing rod to Goofy’s house in the Peaceful Meadow biome so he can repair it.
